What is concierge medicine?

League Health Urgent & Primary Care offers a variety of membership types to fit your needs, including the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and employer plans. Many offer family plans and age-based discounts. Choose your plan and a payment schedule of every three, six, or 12 months.

Bronze Plan (Virtual Only)

Available to Texas patients only, the Bronze Plan is designed specifically for telehealth and virtual services. It includes four virtual visits per month and access to League Health’s online portal for all urgent care needs.

Silver Plan (Priority)

The Silver Plan includes four in-office visits per month with no co-pays or payments required. It also allows same-day, in-office access to the practice Monday through Saturday, 8am-8pm, for all acute and urgent care needs, X-rays, and rapid lab tests. The Silver Plan also comes with unlimited access to your health records and care team via the patient portal.

Gold Plan (Prime)

The Gold Plan includes all the same perks as the Silver Plan, plus a few more. With the Gold Plan, you get one virtual care video visit per month, access to all primary care, chronic care, disease management, and preventative care services, and on-site medication access. Well-child visits (without immunizations) and care coordination with specialist referrals are also available. 

Platinum Plan (Premium)

The Platinum Plan adds additional care options, including but limited to well-woman visits with pap smears, joint injections, and well-child visits with 40% discounted immunizations.
