MyHealth League Membership Plans

• $50 registration fee upon sign up and this renews annually.

• Discounted rates of 10% off when prepaid quarterly, 15% if paid semi-annually, and 20% off when prepaid annually.

• Automatic deduction each month from a credit card, checking/savings account.

• Cancellations are done by emailing membership@ivyleaguehealth.com within 10-14 days prior to the due date of annual renewal.

• If membership is cancelled before your selected membership times out, you will be billed for all healthcare services provided.

• Family plans are for direct family members (parent and children) only and apply for up to 5 members.
